Activities: 100% refund of the down payment canceling 48 hours onwards. Reimbursement of 50% of the advance canceling between 48 and 24 hours prior to the date of the activity. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the tour will be considered as "no show" (no assistance) and there will be no refunds.

Reprogramming of the activity does not have a cost if the request is made up to 24 hours in advance. The reprogramming will not be possible on the same day of the activity.

If due to bad weather you can not carry out the activity, you can re-schedule the departure, but if for some reason this is not possible, 100% of the advance will be refunded. Activities may change, depending on the weather and sea conditions. Please contact us.

Transfers hotel-marina-hotel: There will only be a 15-minute tolerance, during which the customer must show up at his/her hotel lobby to pick up. In case the customer is not present during the tolerance time, the transport will leave and will be considered as "no show" (no assistance), without possibility of cancellation.
