Which is the best time to go on a yacht?

Anytime is perfect at morning, afternoon or night. It all depends on the activities you would like to do. You can enjoy a ride in the morning, get a tan and do snorkel or you also can enjoy sunset or a romantic dinner at night.

How many people fit on a yacht?

Maximum and recommended number of guest:

• Yachts or boats up to 39 feet: recommended 8 people, maximum 10.
• Yachts from 40 feet to 65 feet: recommended 10 people, maximum 15.
• Yacht from 65 to 80 feet: recommended 15 people, maximum 18.
• Yachts from 81 to 100 feet: recommended 15 people, maximum 25.

Remember that there are yachts that, although they are very big, the insurances restrict the capacity, reason why this is only a reference to take into account when renting a yacht.

Can you do the activity with bad weather?

Activity is subject to weather conditions. It will be canceled for your safety when the seaport is declared closed by Port Captaincy. Top Boat Cancun will let you know if your activity has been canceled and will give you the option to reschedule or get your full refund.

What activities can I do on board a yacht?

The entertainment options are varied and will depend on what you like to do. We have a large number of activities, you can choose to relax and sunbathe on the deck, watch TV, listen to music and dance or play table games, but you can also swim in the sea, snorkel, use a stand-up table Paddle board, use of jet skis, parasail and see from the heights the countless beauties of the Caribbean or fly over the sea practicing fly-board, among other exciting activities.

Do I have insurance?

Yes. In case of an unforeseen event, Top Boat Cancun backs you with a liability insurance for more than 300,000.00 USD.

Where can we navigate?

The captain and crew of your yacht will give you all the assistance you need to help you decide where to go and where to stay based on a selection of destinations, islands, etc. Being our main attractions the bay of Cancun, Isla Mujeres and Isla Blanca, but we can also make trips to Holbox or Cozumel with extra cost, depending on the boat.

Is smoking allowed on board?

Smoking is permitted in some areas, but it is specifically forbidden to smoke in cabins and indoors. On most of our yachts, smoking is permitted on the deck.

How far in advance do I have to be in the marina for my departure?

It is important to check in your arrival at least 30 minutes before your tour departure time.

What do I have to bring with me?

You can bring towels and an extra change of dry clothes. We have bathrooms.
We recommend bringing your camera, comfortable shoes and biodegradable sunscreen.

Should I bring food?

You can decide whether to bring it on your own or contact us to bring it on board, we have an extensive sea and land menu with preferential prices, the same as the drinks.

Is it suitable for children?

Of course. In fact, it is an experience that you will surely remember with great pleasure, enjoying family and nature. If it is a baby, it should be protected from the sun.
